We are seeking an experienced Manager of Rehab Therapy Services to lead and elevate our comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs at our state-of-the-art hospital.

About the Role:

As the Manager of Rehab Therapy Services, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our rehab department, overseeing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will lead a talented, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through innovation, evidence-based practice, and compassionate care.

You will also provide direct patient care. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all clinical and administrative functions of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient care
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to drive departmental goals and growth strategies
  • Mentor and manage rehab therapy staff, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence
  • Monitor departmental performance, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes, ensuring efficiency and high standards of care
Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field (required)
  • Current professional licensure in the state of Nebraska
  • Preference to have a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation services, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, DNV standards, and best practices in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment
